Sonoma would like to thank all of our loyal customers, fans and our amazing Sonoma Team.

It is at this time of year that one often reflects & takes stock. How things have changed since our very humble beginnings.
2011 was a big year for Sonoma. It feels only yesterday but this time last year we had just moved from our out grown premises in Waterloo into our new head quarters in Alexandria. It was like dealing with a new born child, extremely challenging, but we did get there in the end.

Last night’s production was our biggest night ever at Sonoma. We can say with great satisfaction that the bakery hummed like a well oiled machine! Just like the early days in Bellata, every single loaf was baked with the same unyielding passion & integrity! The blood in our veins at Sonoma is passionate and strong and we'll continue to rock it in 2012. Without compromise!
