For this new Seasonal version of the chicken pie we want to a great partnership that we have developed with the crew at Young Henry's Brewery. This time around we are highlighting their Pale Ale. The chicken is braised slowly in the beer until tender. To this, we add a caramelised leeks & bacon as well as potatoes which are then all cooked together with a special blend of spices and herbs. The pies are full of flavour and texture.

Seasonal version of our chicken pie in partnership with the crew at Young Henry's Brewery using their infamous Pale Ale. Pate Brisee base filled with tender pieces of beer braised chicken.  To this, we add caramelized leeks, bacon and new season potatoes.  Sealed with our Pepe Saya whey butter ruff puff pastry, egg washed then baked to golden perfection.

This pie is the perfect comfort food to get you through winter.

The original almond croissant, soaked in a sugar syrup and filled with almond frangipane and flaked almonds. This croissant is twice baked to achieve its caramelised exterior and melt in the mouth, soft interior.
